TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
It is essential to make sure that your computer meets the following minimum technical requirements:
- Using an „evergreen“ browser like Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Internet Explorer 11 and higher
- Supported OS are Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 or latest iOS version
- Sound card, external speakers or a headset
For users of smartphones and tablets:
- Supported mobile OS: latest versions of iOS, Android or Windows Phone
- Supported mobile browsers: latest versions of Safari, Chrome or Firefox
REGISTERING / ACCESSING THE PORTAL
- New users
- Returning users
New user
- Notify your supervisor that you need access. They will send a request to [email protected] to grant you access to the portal for the languages you teach. This step assumes you already have an SSO account.
- Once your access to the portal is granted, go to https://materials.berlitzdigital.com, enter your email and click Next.
- You will then be prompted to type your SSO logins to enter the portal.

Returning user
- Go to https://materials.berlitzdigital.com, enter your registered email and click Next
- On the next screen enter your password and click Login to access the portal
FINDING / ACCESSING COURSE MATERIALS
- You can find the course searching by Language, Level or even type the keywords. If course is found, the results will be automatically and instantly appearing on the right-hand side.
- To access the course’s units and materials, click on Course title or units’ number.
- The course title contains a publishing year (if applicable). This is an indicator of new (2018 and later) or older (prior 2018) materials.
- The Course represents the title of the book and the target language specified in the title. Units stand for individual chapters or cover specific speaking goals (like “introducing yourself” or “giving your address”) within the Course.
Click “View More” to see materials for each unit (chapter or speaking goal), access unit’s MP3 audio, and see highlights of the vocabulary, topics and objectives.
UNDERSTANDING MATERIALS
Depending on the course (old or new), following types of materials may be available for each unit (chapter or speaking goal):
- Classroom Slides: intended for an online delivery of lessons. They have a single activity per slide. There are 2 types of classroom slides:
- Flash based for legacy/older materials (prior 2018) with integrated audio
- Web-based for new materials (2018 or later) with integrated audio
- Lesson PDF is a Student Guide for a single chapter (old material) or Speaking Goal (2018 or later)
- Instructor Guide PDF is an Instructor Guide for a single chapter (old material) or Speaking Goal (2018 or later)
- Homework PDF is a file with the Student Guide homework found at the end of the printed book (not available for all legacy materials)

ADMIN / SETTINGS
To manage your settings options, click on “Settings” icon in the top navigation menu.
A. Select “Profile” if you need to change /reset your password
B. Click on “Support Language” to set your preferred on-screen support language
