Students can re-take the online Curriculum Test up to 3 times. Each Curriculum Test questions are randomized and come from a bank of possible questions for that course. The possibility that the student can see a question they previously attempted on a re-try of the Curriculum Test is extremely high. As a result, we do not provide answer keys to the student to see the correct answer.


From the Content Team and Testing (SLTI) perspectives, the Curriculum Test should remain formal to maintain value and validity. TOEIC/TOEFL/etc. do not provide answer keys after a test is taken. Students who retake tests and should not be given an “edge” because they saw the answer key from taking it before. Providing the questions/answers to the instructors has considerable drawbacks and risks, including the temptation to “teach to the test” directed as specific questions
